Heather Kaemmer is a North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission–certified Family Financial Mediator with more than 13 years of family law experience in our community. Mediation may be appropriate pre-litigation, during litigation, or by court appointment, and provides a structured, neutral setting for parties to address financial issues related to separation, divorce, and post-separation matters. Mediations can be conducted in person or remotely and are designed to promote clear communication, reduce conflict, and achieve practical, durable resolutions.
